Mastering Complex Email Designs

The story

Beefree and Really Good Emails make tools for designing emails. Customers were getting stuck learning how to use them, and support can only help one person at a time.

So I built Beefree Academy, now RGE Academy, from scratch. It has six certification courses, 11 masterclasses and more than 80 tutorials, with quizzes, exams and certificates. This lesson is from the Complex Email Designs course. I led the creative direction and produced, edited and voiced the lessons.

Since launch, 3,668 people have signed up and 1,518 have enrolled in courses. The Academy site has had 46,476 views from 8,617 users, and 98% of surveyed learners said they use the product more effectively afterward.
