Introducing group calling

The story

OpenPhone is a business phone system built for teams. When they launched group calling, they needed people to understand it fast, on every device.

I built the promo so each moment shows one thing you can do. You can dial an inbox, a contact or a phone number, and when you add a teammate you can send a quick note so they know what the call is about. It works the same on iPhone, Android, web and desktop, and the video shows that too. I directed and edited it and designed the motion graphics.

It ran on social, in the launch email and on the changelog. OpenPhone’s launch and education videos lifted feature adoption by 25%.
