The story

OpenPhone is a business phone system built for teams, and customers had been asking for a Salesforce integration for a long time. When it finally shipped, the goal was simple. Make sure the people who wanted it knew it was here.

I kept the teaser to one message, the thing you asked for is ready. No long feature tour, because the people who wanted it already knew why it mattered. I handled the creative direction, production and editing.

It went out in the launch email, on social and on the changelog the day the integration went live.
